Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We require an enthusiastic, forward thinking and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly team of LSAs. The ability to support Literacy would be an advantage. We are looking for LSAs with flexibility, a keen interest or qualification in learning support and the desire to contribute to our school’s community.

The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
