Are you passionate about early years education and looking for a rewarding opportunity in a friendly, village primary school? Newbottle And Charlton CofE Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

Our small, nurturing school is set in a beautiful rural location with just 108 pupils, where every child is known and valued. As our EYFS Teacher, you’ll help shape the foundations of learning for our youngest children, making a real difference every day.

What we’re looking for:

• An inspirational teacher with QTS and experience in Early Years
• Someone who can create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom
• A team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to our school values and focus on developing the whole child.

The Role:

You will deliver high-quality and engaging teaching to our youngest learners, planning and delivering lessons in line with the EYFS framework. You’ll create a safe and stimulating environment, assess and report on progress, and foster positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. You’ll also contribute to the wider life of our school and uphold our ethos and values.

About You:

You’ll have QTS, experience teaching in EYFS, a strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, and demonstrate excellent classroom practice. Your communication and IT skills will be strong, and you’ll be committed to safeguarding, equality, and the welfare of our children.
