Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We wish to appoint a Kitchen Assistant who will: Provide support in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages Prepare service areas and equipment in the service area for the efficient and effective delivery of meals and catering services. Clean catering areas and kitchen equipment to the required standards You will have: A Level 2 Certificate of Food Hygiene Experience of catering Knowledge of basic food preparations such as sandwiches, salads, etc. Knowledge of Natasha’s law Knowledge of allergy legislation The ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota, work rota, temperature control.
