Role
Role & Responsibilities
As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds. You'll design engaging lessons, create a positive classroom atmosphere, and nurture the growth of your students. You'll collaborate with experienced colleagues, share best practices, and continuously develop your teaching skills.
Main tasks include
- Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
- Participating in school events and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status.
- A minimum of 6 months UK school experience as an ECT is preferred.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Proactive approach to professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
