Summary

Specialist SEN Teacher Required

Are you a passionate and dedicated Specialist SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our supportive and inclusive academy.

We are looking for a teacher who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses significant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of abilities and needs. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Have demonstrable experience in SEN education, including developing and implementing individualised learning plans (ILPs) or education, health and care plans (EHCPs).

  • Possess a deep understanding of various SEN conditions and effective pedagogical approaches to support diverse learners.

  • Be committed to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.

  • Be a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and external professionals.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
