Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your daily mission will be to support the classroom teacher and work directly with students. You'll have a varied and rewarding role, which includes:

  • Providing one-on-one and small-group support to help students with their learning.

  • Helping to prepare the classroom and learning materials.

  • Building a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

  • Assisting with classroom management to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.

  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact. To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working with children in a professional or voluntary capacity.

  • The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff.

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • A valid Enhanced Child DBS (we can help you with the application process).

  • The right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided).
