Contract: Full-Time - Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: £32,178 £49,725 (SFCA Teachers Pay Spine, Points 19)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Law to join our highly successful and collaborative department on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. Law at RSFC consistently achieves excellent results, with a strong track record of adding value and inspiring students to exceed their targets.
The Role
As a Teacher of Law at RSFC, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the AQA A Level Law specification.
- Inspire students to achieve their full academic potential through excellent subject knowledge and creative teaching methods.
- Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and resources that stretch, challenge and support learners of all abilities.
- Use assessment for learning strategies, regular feedback, and rigorous monitoring to track and enhance student progress.
- Support students in developing independent learning skills, critical thinking, and a passion for Law.
- Establish positive classroom relationships and maintain a purposeful, respectful and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a good relevant degree and QTS/QTLS (or is willing to work towards this).
- Has a passion for teaching Law and motivating young people to achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrates strong classroom practice and innovative teaching approaches.
- Values teamwork, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
