Working Pattern - Full time, 36.25 hours per week
Contract type Fixed Term until 29th June 2026

About the Role
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Management Information Officer to work in our small but very busy Adult Social Care Team. You will be able to showcase your EPIC values as you will be part of a friendly, committed proactive team. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders to meet service needs.
Microsoft Teams and connected applications play a large part in the teams day to day operations so experience in this is crucial.
This role may involve working across multiple sites. The main base is located at Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, M32 0TH

You will need to be experienced in, and be able to:
Build effective communication with internal and external partners.
Use Microsoft Excel to a good standard; for data collection/collation for reporting to senior staff across the Council.
Use Liquid Logic (training can be provided).
Use the EBP system for invoice payments, raising Purchase Orders (training can be provided).
You will need to have a good understanding of IT systems in general, especially Microsoft Teams.
Be able to work under your own initiative.
You will be working in a small but busy team and will need to be well organised, you should be able to work well alone, as well as part of a team.
