Hospital Manager – Mental Health Services (Acute Care)
Salary: Up to £75,000

What We’re Looking For
- Nursing qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven track record in healthcare management, ideally within a mental health hospital or acute care service.
- Strong understanding of both clinical and non-clinical operations.
- Demonstrable experience in budget control, business development, and service delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with staff, patients, families, and external stakeholders.
