Summary

Hospital Manager – Mental Health Services (Acute Care)

Salary: Up to £75,000

Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Hospital Manager to take the lead in a specialist mental health hospital providing acute services. As Hospital Manager, you will bring proven expertise in healthcare leadership and a passion for service improvement, ensuring that every aspect of the hospital runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Nursing qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven track record in healthcare management, ideally within a mental health hospital or acute care service.
  • Strong understanding of both clinical and non-clinical operations.
  • Demonstrable experience in budget control, business development, and service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with staff, patients, families, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
