Summary
Job Summary The Senior Account Manager Contracts and Stakeholder Relationships will lead the management of contracts and stakeholder engagement for Merton Health CIC. The postholder will oversee the financial, operational and governance aspects of all CIC contracts, ensuring performance requirements are achieved and reported transparently. Key Responsibilities - Negotiate, monitor, and report on contracts with commissioners and partners. - Ensure delivery of KPIs, performance and governance standards. - Provide robust financial monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis. - Act as the lead point of contact for commissioners, member practices and partners. - Build strong collaborative relationships across the health and care system. - Support tenders, business development and organisational strategy. - Represent Merton Health CIC at system-level meetings.
