Summary
Design and Technology Food Technician (Temporary until Christmas)
Term Time Only, 0830 – 1440 per day grade 4 (£16500.00 per annum)
(It would be an advantage if you could start and finish earlier, but not essential)
We enjoy the modern facilities of a purpose-built school. We need to appoint a Design and Technology Food Technician to join our team of enthusiastic, supportive and committed staff.You will be responsible for:
▪ The preparation of lesson ingredients for both practical and theory Food lessons;
▪ The cleaning and maintenance of basic machines and equipment and stock of consumable materials;▪ Administrative tasks.
▪ Assisting students and teaching staff with classroom practical and demonstrations.
▪ Playing a crucial role in supporting and directly improving students' learning experiences in Food Technology, working as part of a busy team, with a commitment to raising standards.If you are an enthusiastic, outgoing and flexible team player we would like to hear from you.Candidates may contact Chris Maynard, Subject Leader for Design and Technology for an informal discussion regarding this position
