Are you a skilled Painter & Decorator with experience in damp and mould maintenance? Join a trusted property services provider supporting housing associations across West Yorkshire. Be part of a proactive Planned Works team improving homes and communities.
Your Role:You'll carry out a variety of painting and decorating tasks, including damp and mould repairs, as part of planned maintenance works. Working across residential properties in West Yorkshire, you'll help ensure homes are safe, well-presented, and comfortable for tenants.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Internal & external painting and decorating to a high standard
- Identify, treat, and repair areas affected by damp and mould
- Surface preparation and finish application
- Collaborate with other trades and team members
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials
✅ What You'll Need:
- ✔️ Experience in painting, decorating & damp/mould repair
- ✔️ NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting & Decorating (preferred)
- ✔️ Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ✔️ Attention to detail & pride in your work
- ✔️ Strong communication & customer service skills
