Summary

Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week (must include a Wednesday)

The Plans and Reviews Team in Children's Services are looking to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant, at band B. The role includes supporting the Independent Reviewing Officers as well as ensuring that the Looked After Children Review processes runs smoothly. The post holder will be involved in distributing invites and minutes to families and professionals in a secure manner, updating spreadsheets and undertaking some general administration duties.
This role offers the chance to make a real difference by contributing to the smooth running of the Looked After Children Reviews for young people in Thurrock.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Some knowledge of Children's Services.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Skills that enable them to work alone and as part of a diverse team.
