Summary

French-Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Location: Staines
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hours per week

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented French-speaking Customer Service Administrator with excellent IT skills. Key Responsibilities of the French Speaking Customer Service Administrator:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer records.
• Provide clear and professional support to European agencies.
• Confidently utilise Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Investigate court summons and support in reducing related costs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Work independently to achieve daily production targets.
• Consistently meet client quality standards across all tasks.
• Carry out additional duties to support the wider team when required.

Skills and Qualifications of the French Speaking Customer Service Administrator:

• Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• A strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and reliability.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions.
• A methodical and accurate approach to data entry and customer service.
