Summary

This vacancy is an opportunity for you to join a strong performing team who focus on achieving the best outcomes for the families, children, and young people they work with.
Family intervention workers play a key role in assessing the needs of children aged 0-19 and their families with complex and multiple needs. They deliver a package of interventions using the Team Around the Family process and are unique in the way they work towards sustained outcomes for families.
