Summary
Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and support to ensure successful outcomes and closure of actions. Promote adherence to Trust policies, procedures, and governance frameworks within the electrical team. Support the development of team members by identifying training needs, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. Assist in monitoring resource usage and identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and reduction of work-in-progress (WIP).
