We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to be based at our Peterborough office (Fengate). The role will be 5 days per week working either mornings ( 8am -12.30 ) or afternoons ( 12.30-5pm )

The role will require you to be the first point of contact for staff and visitors / clients both face to face and on the phone. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post, action emails, assist our PA’s with additional administrative duties as and when required.

• You must be flexible and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
• Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, you must be confident and outgoing and able to use initiative to ensure the needs of colleagues, clients and visitors are met.
• You must have experience in a customer facing role and ideally have administrative experience although training will be provided.
• Basic IT skills are essential although training will be provided on our bespoke systems.
