Summary
The Best Connection are seeking to recruit Cat B (Van) Drivers to work with their client based in Walker.
Our client operates a vehicle hire business and requires drivers to collect and return hire vehicles as part of their day-to-day operations.
The Role:* Collecting hire vehicles from customer locations and returning them to the depot
* May involve moving vehicles between branches or for servicing and cleaning
* No heavy lifting or manual handling involved
* Ad hoc shifts providing cover for sickness and holidays
* Ideal for individuals looking for flexible, part-time or occasional work
* All local driving - no long-distance routes
The Candidate:* Full UK Cat B driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months
* Aged 30 or over for insurance purposes
* No more than 6 penalty points on licence (no major endorsements)
* Must be confident driving a range of vehicles, including cars and small vans
* Good timekeeping and reliability essential
* Smart appearance and professional manner
* Excellent communication skills
Hours of Work:* Monday to Friday operation
* Shifts offered on an ad hoc basis to cover holiday and sickness
* Flexible working - shifts can be arranged to suit your availability
Pay Rates:* £12.50 per hour (PAYE flat rate)
