️ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll deliver engaging theory and practical sessions across Level 2 and Level 3 Engineering programmes, covering:

MIG, TIG, and MMA welding techniques
Overhead and vertical welding
Hand-fitting and fabrication skills
Your industrial experience will be key in bringing lessons to life, helping students gain the dexterity and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with expertise in any of the following:

Metal Inert Gas (MIG)
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)
Manual Metal Arc (MMA)
You’ll be delivering both study programmes and apprenticeships, in workshop and classroom settings, so a hands-on approach and enthusiasm for teaching are essential.

Qualifications & Experience

A Level 3 vocational qualification (or higher) in a relevant field.
A teaching qualification and assessor award – or a willingness to work towards these.
Strong industrial experience and a passion for sharing your knowledge.
