Summary
The post holder will autonomously undertake assessment and treatment of adults (and children if qualified to do so ) who present with an illness To ensure a high quality patient centered care Complete annual reviews discussing treatment options and lifestyle modification for patients with chronic disease Be competent in interpreting results of investigations ordered e.g. blood tests Prescribe medication for patients as needed in line with the local prescribing guidelines
