Summary
Greeting and assisting patients in person and by phone Booking and managing appointments, including care navigation/active signposting Processing repeat prescriptions and handling patient queries Registering new patients Processing hospital correspondence, reports, and incoming/outgoing mail Providing general administrative support (filing, scanning, photocopying, updating records) Helping maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area
