Barrow-in-Furness
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Permanent Position
Teem Recruitment is on the lookout for a friendly and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our busy team in Barrow-in-Furness. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love chatting with people, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting our recruitment team with a mix of admin and candidate-focused tasks, including:
• Searching for candidates online
• Reviewing and formatting CVs
• Chatting with candidates over the phone
• Processing temp payroll
• Taking up references
You’ll also help with general admin like:
• Creating weekly reports
• Keeping our database up to date
• Sending confirmation emails
• Uploading confidential documents
• Managing job board posts
• Making sure we stay compliant
And a bit of finance support too:
• Sending invoices
• Chasing up late payments

What We’re Looking For
• Someone with experience in recruitment or admin
• A great communicator with a friendly phone manner
• Organised, reliable, and a real team player
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems
