Summary

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Kier Places team based in the Basingstoke.



Location: Basingstoke

Hours: 37.5 hours per week



What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering high-quality, value-driven construction and property management solutions across the UK.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin

-Assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks

-Leading and motivating commercial staff to ensure collaborative project delivery

-Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships, including tendering and contract variations

-Supporting the generation of tenders and winning of new contracts



What are we looking for?This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

-You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains

-You hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable)

-You have experience in a similar role, with strong organisational and IT skills
