Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to fill the role of Team Manager (37.5hrs per week – fixed term until 31/3/2026) within the Futures Together Social Inclusion team covering North and Mid Essex.

Role Purpose

To supervise and manage a team within a community-based setting, working closely with the staff and management team, to ensure that the service runs effectively and smoothly.
To take responsibility for the overseeing of recruitment and line management of volunteers
To complete audits within the service
To work closely with service manager to ensure achievement of performance, promote the service and its outcomes to commissioners and stakeholders using innovative and accurate data measures.
To deputise for the Service Manager at various meetings across Essex, ensuring that service agenda is promoted, and offer support to recovery coordinators.
