Summary
Savvi Travel is a reputable and well established family owned independent travel agency. We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our existing team in Hitchin
Role details
Overseeing day to day operation of the shop
Providing training and support to existing staff and new starters
Booking package and tailormade holidays
Offering first class customer service via face to face, online and telephone
Use of in-house systems (training provided)
Overseeing booking from initial enquiry to client’s return
Branch Manager skills required
Previous Management experience preferred but not essential
Experience of selling luxury holidays to worldwide destinations (Minimum 3 years experience essential )
Passionate about our customer’s experience by creating a memorable journey from beginning to end
Sales and customers service driven
People person and team player
Some knowledge of a GDS would be an advantage but not essential
Additional information
Opening hours Monday to Saturdays 9.30-5pm (Saturdays 3pm)
Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays
