Using local suppliers where possible, the Head Chef has created a popular menu of tasty creative pub food with seasonally changing menus and specials.
Chef de Partie required to work alongside the Head Chef and team assisting with the daily prep and cooking during service.
This property is part of a small but growing group so there is plenty of opportunity for the right Chef to join as Chef de Partie and then gain promotion to Sous Chef in the future
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Gravesend, Rochester, Chatham, Snodland or Possibly Dartford
