A great opportunity at this stunning hotel for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team
The hotel is busy and has multiple dining areas so this role would suit somebody that is used to cooking all fresh ingredients at rosette level, this includes Restaurants and various types of events
We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie that has experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients in a fast paced Restaurant, Weddings and events environment.
As Senior Chef de Partie you will need good all round experience as you would be responsible for running any given section ensuring that all necessary prep is completed and organised in time for service. This role is a Junior Sous Chef role in waiting so potential future promotion is available for the right candidate.
Applicants should ideally live in the Rugby, Coventry, Leicester or Hinckley area, but live in is available locally
