Summary
Jobstore are recruiting for Cleaning Operatives, to be based on one of our client's site in Wrexham. We have ongoing work available - working 08.00am - 16.00pm Monday to Friday.
We are looking for reliable applicants who can carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, and cleaning washrooms.
You will be able to:
Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
Comply with all documentation and systems relevant to your position within the company, e.g. ensuring hygiene cleaning sign off records are fully & correctly completed
Ensure all chemicals are handled and used correctly, in accordance with the relevant COSHH assessment
Ensure that you use the correct equipment and materials to carry out your tasks as per the safe systems of work
Comply with the material control and usage procedures in place, e.g. disposal of differing materials in the designated bins, and avoiding unnecessary waste
We're looking for candidates who have;
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in a similar role
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative, while being part of a team
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
