Chef de Partie required for this busy Country pub located close to Sevenoaks serving delicious well thought out pub food
Using local suppliers where possible, the Head Chef has created a popular menu of tasty creative pub food with seasonally changing menus and specials.
Chef de Partie required to work alongside the Exec Head Chef and team assisting with the daily prep and cooking during service.
This will be the 2nd property with a 3rd in planning, so there is plenty of opportunity for the right Chef to join as Chef de Partie and then gain promotion to Sous Chef in the future
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Sevenoaks, Borough Green, Chipstead, West Malling or Possibly Tonbridge
