We now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to cover the management of some of our services and join the Liverpool team on a full time basis.

You will be part of our small friendly team based from our office in Bootle. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the services within the areas of our Wirral services, and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you’ll be accountable for the people management and development across the service teams. This is a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving. As our lead contact in this area and you will be self-motivated and determined, you should have a passion for positive change and the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.
Your working week is flexible over the 7 days week and will include working weekends.

Key Responsibilities: Quality, Leadership and Relationships

- Work with the people living in the service and the team to ensure high-quality person-centred support.
- Monitor the quality of the service, ensuring it is fully compliant.
- Be an exemplary role model for the team and ensure their continuous development to ensure high standards are continuously met.
- Liaise with the families and other stakeholders of the people living in the service.
