Registered Nurse (Days & Nights) – Luxury Care Home – £24.50 per hour

Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team in a luxury care home setting for older adults.


This full-time role offers a rotation of day and night shifts, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care in a supportive and warm environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to high standards of care
  • Previous experience in a care home, dementia care, or older adults’ nursing is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
  • Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards
  • Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health
