Nu Staff are recruiting for skilled Forklift Drivers to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Bedwas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with valid forklift licences who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants a stable, long-term role.

You’ll be responsible for operating a range of forklift trucks, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with assembly and goods movement.

Hours of Work (3-Shift Rotation):

• Mornings: 6:00AM – 2:00PM
• Afternoons: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
• Nights: 10:00PM – 6:00AM

Pay Rate:
£13.48 per hour

Licences Required:

• Counterbalance
• Reach Truck
• Bendi (Pivot Steer) (Optional)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse
• Organise and maintain stock, ensuring correct storage and handling
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Assist with loading/unloading lorries
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance, Reach, and Bendi forklift licences
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
• Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Location:
Bedwas – must be able to commute reliably
