Summary

We're looking for an Apprentice Data Analyst within our People Analytics Team in Rushden, working towards a level 4 apprenticeship in data analytics.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.



Location: Rushden, Northampton

Salary: £23,800

Start date: ASAP

How does an apprenticeship work?

As an Apprentice Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship

You'll work closely with the People Analytics Team to use data to help the business make smarter decisions about its people. Whether it's spotting patterns, predicting future needs, or creating clear reports, our goal is to make sure every decision about people is backed by insight. As part of our team, you'll learn how to use data to make a real difference in how the company supports its employees.



Your day to day will include:

-Learning to use business intelligence tools to explore, organise, and maintain people data.

-Supporting the production of regular reports for senior stakeholders, providing insights and analysis.

-Assisting with the transition to HR data platforms and help develop automated reporting capabilities.

-Supporting key HR Projects liaising with stakeholders across the business to share and validate employee data as required.

-Helping to create insight reports using different data sets to support stakeholders and business decisions.

-Contributing to data visualisation projects to present information in engaging and impactful ways.

-Participating in data analysis to identify patterns and trends in HR data.

-Supporting data quality improvement initiatives and help implement process changes for continuous improvement.



What are we looking for?

To enrol you will need:

-3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjects

-GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).

-Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject.
