Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to staff and clients.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and formulate effective intervention plans.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
Mentor and train junior practitioners, fostering professional development within the team.
Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Develop and implement best practice protocols and service delivery models.
Participate in policy development and strategic planning to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of assessment and intervention methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £25.77
