Summary
Apex Resources currently require 1x Van Diver for our client based in Edinburgh.
Our client is a reputable healthcare logistics provider is seeking a dependable Van Driver to cover deliveries to local home addresses on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Details:
Position: Van Driver
Start Time: 9:00am
Rate: £13.00ph
Location: Deliveries for local pharmacies
Deliveries: Multidrop route, up to 40 drops to patient home addresses
Lifting: Minimal physical lifting required
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pharmaceutical products and medical supplies to patient residences, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Operate handheld scanning devices to confirm deliveries and adhere to established procedures
Provide a courteous and patient service to often vulnerable customers, demonstrating empathy and discretion
Follow assigned routes and company protocols to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Candidate Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Experience in multidrop delivery preferred
Proficient in the use of handheld scanning technology and adherence to procedural guidelines
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
