Role Overview
We’re seeking a dependable and physically fit individual to join our countryside team as a Driver & General Countryside Worker. This dual-role position involves transporting staff and equipment to sites across East Anglia and actively participating in a variety of outdoor agricultural tasks. Although this is straightforward it can be very hard work & physically demanding. Excellent stamina is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport staff and equipment to and from work sites
• Maintain punctuality
• Perform field-based tasks including:
• Field walking
• Sheeting
• Seed processing
• Potato grading
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence with a minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in all weather
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Flexible and hardworking
• Must live in or near Woodbridge, Ipswich, or Needham Market
• Eligible to work in the UK (Right to Work check required)
• Contactable via phone and email
• No experience required for field work – full training provided
