Summary
We are looking for a part-time Community Mobile Librarian to join our Books on Wheels team. This is a very rewarding role, as you will be selecting and delivering library books and other resources directly to the homes of people who are unable to visit their local library. You must have a full driving licence, able to lift boxes of books (up to 22kgs) and be confident to drive our delivery van around the county borough of Bridgend. It’s essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic towards older people and vulnerable adults, and be organised and able to prioritise tasks.
