We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a unique, highly successful entrepreneurial business wholly owned by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be part of the finance team – raising sales invoices on daily basis and coding the purchase invoices on the purchase ledger. There are many routine daily tasks and you will be expected to cover for colleagues so we believe in cross training across the department.
You will also be expected to support the financial accountant and some ad hoc reports may be required to do.

Main duties of the job- To ensure a robust control environment is maintained in accordance with principles of sound financial governance, Standing Financial Instructions and standard operating procedures, enabling robust financial control and optimal decision making.
- Production of timely, accurate and reliable financial information in line with financial procedures and timetables through completion of own work and liaison with others.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the OPS account receivable, account payable & credit control that relevant control accounts are reviewed monthly and corrective action is taken on a timely basis.
- Supporting the Senior Accountant & Financial Accountant in day to day financial operation
