Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – From £27,000 per year, 40 Hours per week

Our client is looking for a caring, dedicated, and qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join their early years team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare and education. You’ll work closely with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating setting where children can thrive, learn, and grow. This is a full-time, all-year-round position, offering stability and the chance to build strong relationships with both children and families.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
  • Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for early years education and child development
  • Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Reliability, warmth, and a team-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, sharing feedback with parents and carers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and learning
  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety practices at all times
  • Contribute to the daily routines of the nursery, including meal and rest times
