About the role
Are you passionate about HR and want to be part of a business that truly makes a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team to support with undertaking core administration responsibilities within the department, ensuring an efficient and effective customer service is provided to the approximately 1,200 employees that we support.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly organised, with great communication skills that can build relationships with all key stakeholders and wants to develop in a fully generalist HR role.

Proven experience in a fast paced administration role, ideally in a HR environment.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Experience of working in a busy environment, with the ability to cope with a high level of activity and changing priorities.
Must have absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
