The ideal candidate will have:
- Phlebotomy achieved competency
- Understand the principles of patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of the importance and relevance of phlebotomy in the deliverance of patient care
- Good general education
- Good interpersonal skills and to be able to communicate with patients and healtcare professionals
- Competent, professional and polite manner
- Car driver essential with access to a vehicle to include Business insurance
