Summary
To support the Head of Patient Safety and Learning and the Datix System Manager in the development, integration and maintenance of the Local Risk Management System (DatixWeb). Develop and maintain collaborative and effective team working with colleagues from clinical and corporate teams, to provide advice and to increase understanding and therefore compliance with all related governance standards. Responsibility for the Local Risk Management System (DatixWeb), including the Incidents , Risk Register, Patient Experience, Mortality Review, Safety Alerts/NICE guidance and contacts modules. Required to take the lead with implementations, and updates, and ensure data security is maintained at all times. Create and deliver reports and documents for the team and wider clinical and operational services to ensure that safety related data, contributes to the whole systems view/reporting of care delivery and is not seen in isolation. To provide full system administration and maintenance for the Local Risk Management System (DatixWeb), in co-ordination with the Datix System Manager.
