Summary
Please see Job Description for full details. To be able to work as a member of a team, to provide support, and give time to individuals referred to PCDU. The team will work with individuals who require short term immediate support to allow them to engage with support networks in their community, the support could be around employment, housing , financial issues, interpersonal relationships or other social issues. The primary focus of the post will be short term work utilising support from ordinary resources within the community and urgent care.
