Summary
MadiganGill are looking for a Design Manager with a Residential or Accommodation background in Bristol (BS4).
The start will be ASAP following interview with the client.
Job Specification/Role Responsibilities:-
Our client is looking to hire an experienced Design Manager to work on a live project in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be a Design Manager with DfE experience and a committed attitude to closing out key items of the Construction design.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading consultants and client facing design meetings, producing concise follow up/action lists and recording meeting minutes to ensure delivery in a fast-paced programme.
Working with limited supervision from our Senior Design Manager, the Design Manager will be competent to drive design packages through the internal review periods and revise/resubmit within a short workflow.
This opportunity is entirely site based.
You must have the following,
- Previous experience in a Design Manager role.
- A degree with an architectural background
- Knowledge of building regulations and statutory requirements.
