Summary

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Kier team based in Essex.



Location: Essex - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £[Insert Salary] - remove if not sharing

What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering hard services across a designated account portfolio.

Your day to day will include:

-Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system

-Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting

-Developing engineers to handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks

-Ensuring statutory compliance and safe working environments

-Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer
