Key Responsibilities:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with candidates
Sourcing and matching candidates for both temporary and permanent vacancies
Creating and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Actively searching job boards to identify suitable candidates
Screening candidates on skills, qualifications, availability, location, and salary expectations
Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Experience:
Previous recruitment experience beneficial but not essential
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure
