Summary
Care Assistant - Reablement
Area: Southeast and Southwest Essex
ROP: £13.20 and mileage paid at 30ppm - Driving Licence and Own transport Essential
GURANTEED HOURS AVAILABLE BETWEEN 20 - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK (depending on availability)
Must be available to work a shift pattern of 7.00 - 15.00 / 15.00 - 23.00 across 7 days, including Alternate weekends.

We are looking for kind, reliable and caring Home Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer to join our growing Reablement Team in Southeast and Southwest Essex. This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence after spending time in hospital.
Please note the role is subject to an enhanced DBS check (if not on DBS update Service) and reference verification.
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK - Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Tier 2 sponsorship at this time
Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
Transferrable DBS / DBS on the update service would be ideal
Working as part of the Reablement team, you will be:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with medication
Preparing meals, helping with shopping and light household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Liaising and collaborating with Local Authorities/ Discharge teams / District Nurse, and Family members
Excellent time management and administration skills are required due to the nature of the role.
