Summary

Out of Hours Customer Service Operatives - Contact Centre (Rawtenstall) Salary: £12.67 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM (27.5 hours/week)
Location: Rawtenstall
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP Are you a dedicated customer service professional looking for a rewarding role with a difference? Join our Out of Hours Contact Centre team in Rawtenstall and be the voice of support when it matters most. Your Schedule
  • Evenings only: 5pm-11pm, Monday to Friday
  • Breaks: Choose between one 30-minute break or two 15-minute breaks (unpaid)
  • Bank Holidays: Required to work (paid at double time)
What You'll Be Doing As an Out of Hours Operative, you'll be:
  • Handling inbound calls from customers requiring urgent repairs
  • Logging repair requests and coordinating with on-call technicians
  • Ensuring swift and accurate communication between customers and field teams
  • Providing empathetic, solution-focused service during critical hours

  • 29 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by 1 day per year up to 33 days after 4 years
