Our client, a well-respected car body shop in Norwich, is currently seeking an experienced Car Paint Technician to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full-time hours and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard
- Mix and match paint colours accurately
- Perform masking, priming, and finishing work
- Ensure all paintwork meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Proven experience in car paintwork is essential
- Knowledge of modern paint systems and application methods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive starting rate from £13.00 per hour
- Temp-to-perm role with long-term potential
- Consistent hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
