- Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects across various sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, etc.)
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance throughout the design lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and technical development
- Contribute to resource planning, fee proposals, and strategic decision-making
- Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation in sustainable design practices
What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building services design and project delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring
- Chartered status (or working towards) with CIBSE, IMechE, or IET preferred
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Dialux)
- A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing, purpose-driven organisation
